Find the business: Search for it in Google Maps or in Google Search and open its profile.

Start the review: Scroll to the "Reviews" section and tap "Write a review" (in Maps also via the "Reviews" tab).

Stars and text: Choose 1–5 stars and describe your experience. You can attach photos if you like.

Publish: Submit it. The review usually appears publicly under your name within a few minutes.

Yes, at any time: in Google Maps under Menu → "Your contributions" → "Reviews" you will find all your own reviews and can edit or delete them. Edits replace the old version publicly.
