Google review link: how to find and share yours

Updated 2 min readLutendo Editorial Team

There are two ways to get the link to your Google Business Profile: via "Share" in Google Maps (works for any business) or, if you manage the profile yourself, via "Ask for reviews" right in the profile panel. Both take under a minute.

https://maps.app.goo.gl/… (Maps short link) · google.com/maps/place/… (full Maps link) · g.page/r/…/review (review link for owners)

All three lead unambiguously to your business. Any of them works wherever you are asked for your "Google link", including our campaign form.

Route 1: via Google Maps (no sign-in needed)

On desktop: Open Google Maps, search for your business and open its profile. Click "Share", then "Copy link". The copied short link (maps.app.goo.gl) is your Maps link.

On your phone (Google Maps app): Search for the business, open the profile, tap the share icon and choose "Copy link".

Route 2: as the owner, via your Business Profile

Search Google for your business name while signed in with the account that manages the profile. In the profile panel you will find "Ask for reviews". Google opens a window with your short review link in the format g.page/r/…/review: copy it, done. You can keep using this link for review requests to your own customers, too.

A note on g.page short names: Google no longer issues new custom short names (g.page/your-name). Existing links keep working; the "Ask for reviews" link is the current route.

No profile found?

Your business probably has no Google Business Profile yet. Creating one is free at business.google.com, including location verification it is usually done within days. What a maintained profile means for visibility and revenue is on our Google campaign page.

When you buy a Google campaign, our form asks for exactly this link, so real guests are guaranteed to land at the right business. No link at hand? Not a blocker: enter your business name and city instead and we match your profile manually. And: the link is your public profile page every guest sees anyway. We never ask for login credentials, ever.

Frequently asked questions

Maps link or review link: which is correct? Both. Any link that clearly leads to your profile works; we check every match before the campaign starts.

No "Share" button on my profile? You probably opened a listing without a verified profile. Route 2 via Google Search, or name and city in the form, covers that case.

Does the link change when I edit business details? The short link stays stable; a full Maps link can change with an address change. When in doubt, copy it fresh.
